We can accommodate groups of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger crowds – with exceptional attention to detail - served in a relaxed environment.
We have a choice of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces – including the atmospheric dining hall or our leafy garden courtyard.
Delicious food and drink options allow us to tailor a package to your specific needs. Our long tables suit share-style dining, or you can opt for a traditional sit-down meal, or canapé menu.
Located in heart of the Blue Mountains, close to transport and many nearby accommodation options, BOWERY provides a one-of-a-kind setting for your next special occasion.

MENU
At BOWERY we love to share. Our share plate-style menu is perfect for long banquet style tables, where your guests pass the plates around the table and enjoy the variety available.
This style of dining is a bit less formal than the traditional formal sit down alternate drop menu, and allows guests to sample multiple dishes and choose their own portion sizes.
Think long lunches, long tables, great food and great atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the pleasure of sharing a meal together – like a family, intimate and interactive.
Our share-style menu offers a wide choice of dishes with something sure to suit all tastes.
Alternatively, you may opt for a traditional 3-course menu, or canapé style menu.
COMPLETE WEDDING PACKAGE
Let us take the stress out of planning your wedding with our complete wedding reception package.
We’ll take care of all of the details to help you create your dream Blue Mountains wedding at our unique venue.
Our package is based on a reception of 50 guests, and will cost $10,000. Additional guests are $180 per person.
THE COMPLETE WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Canapés on arrival and your choice of either a shared banquet or alternate service 3-course meal.

Cocktails on arrival, plus a wide selection of local sparkling, wines, tap beers, tea, coffee and soft drinks for the duration of your event.

Our local suppliers will provide your choice of fresh native flowers or colourful posies for the tables.

WEDDING CAKE
Our chefs will create the perfect cake to create your special cake-cutting moment.

MUSIC
Set the mood with ambient piano music for three hours by our resident pianist. Or, upgrade to a bigger band for additional fee.

BIG BAND
Upgrade your music with one of our local bands. Music styles range from jazz to classical, blues and folk. Additional fee applies.

CEREMONY
Hold your ceremony in our peaceful green courtyard or inside the main dining hall, followed by drinks and canapés. Or, have your ceremony elsewhere and turn up for the party.

CELEBRANT
Let our local celebrant Kyle Stewart guide you through the formalities. Kyle’s relaxed and fun style makes him the perfect fit for a Bowery wedding. Additional fee applies.

GENERAL WEDDING FAQs

Bowery can accomodate up to 60 guests in the main dining room, with enough room for a band and dance floor.

There is a minimum spend requirement of $9,000 if you would like exclusive use of Bowery on a Friday/Saturday, and $6000 Sunday - Thursday. Should your guest numbers fall short of the minimum spend, the full minimum tariff will be charged as a venue fee.
‘Exclusive use’ provides use of Bowery dining room and courtyard for 5 hours.

To secure your date, we require an initial security deposit of $2,000 (credited towards the final account) within 7 days of receiving your confirmation. Once paid this reflects your recognition and agreement with the information provided on this site.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event date, with any outstanding charges incurred paid on the day.

The final numbers of guests, dietary requirements and menu selection is required at least 7 days prior to the event. Once final numbers are provided, this will be taken as confirmed. Catering and staffing will be provided for this number, and this will be the minimum charged irrespective of last minute cancellations.
All food is subject to seasonal change; however, notification will be given for any changes.

Please advise details of guests with food allergies when confirming final numbers. Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, sesame and gluten. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free.

We provide complimentary use of our in-house music system, including microphone and speakers.

Bowery is a fully licensed venue. All of our staff are trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol, and those standards must be enforced. It is your responsibility to ensure the orderly conduct of your guests.
BYO is not permitted. We can tailor a drinks package to suit your needs and budget, or have beverages charged on a consumption basis.

The restaurant currently has a 10pm license. Drinks will be served until 9.45pm, and amplified music permitted until 10pm. Guests are to depart by 10.30pm

In the event that you need to cancel/postpone your event we will happily refund any deposits paid however, all cancellations or changes of date made within 14 days of your wedding will incur a loss of the $2000 security deposit.
